No need to worry! We can develop a custom theme for your party as long as we have a reservation at least 4 weeks in advance.  There will be an additional charge of 50.00 for a customized theme. 

Please read the attached disclaimer/waiver below which will describe the specific charges for each damaged item.  This additional charge will be due upon take down if damages are found. 

You will need to have the space cleared for the party including moving the furniture.  Each teepee is 44 inches wide and 56 inches tall.  The mattresses are 75 inches long. That being said,  a space approximately  3'5” x 6' is needed PER teepee setup.  Please be sure you have a space that is large enough to fit the requested number of teepees. 

Our parties are carefully planned out to match your needs and requests.  We require booking at least 2 weeks in advance. 

We will work specifically with each client, however in general, we plan to have our parties set up by 4 pm and take down is after 8:30 AM. 

We will service a radius of 70 miles from Minocqua.  Additional service areas may be considered for an increased delivery fee.  Please reference delivery fee schedule under packaging and pricing.
